We are moved out of the UConn regional and play the opening weekend in Knoxville. We are in the Lexington regional.

A revenge game against Rutgers (in any sport) is nice.

Really hoping we somehow end up with a 4 seed so we can host opening rounds.

We lose fairly handily to UCONN and our RPI goes from #18 to #14 because UCONN is so strong our SOS improved by 20 spots from 58 or so to 38. Win our two games in the AAC Tournament and then lose to UCONN again and we will be 26-7 with a SOS of around 30. Probably won't get a top 16 seed, but could lock up a #5. Definitely no worse than a #6.

They don't award the host sites strictly based upon RPI. For instance, Stanford was #14 in the February 18 RPI, but #16 in the committee's top 16 reveal. Georgia's RPI was #29 at the time, but they came in at #15 on the committee's ranking.

So, Charlie Creme decides who plays where?

Do you just like trolling?

Of course he doesn't, but I was under the impression this is a board to discuss USF athletics. That includes speculative discussion.
