As everyone else has said, he needs to take off when everyone is covered.  Line is pass blocking well but they can’t do it forever.  Drop back, make a couple reads and then take off it no one is open.

And when he takes off it might pull a defender in a receiver comes open then he can toss it to them. Broken coverage.
