I haven't seen a lot of replays on it,  however, it didn't look like it to me.  He did blast Sherriffs though.

Looked to me like he just shoved him. Don't see why that's a flag. QB was essentially a blocker at that point in the play.

They only showed one angle/camera shot on replay and it looked like a push, not targeting.

No surprise he had a concussion though, watch the first half.

CCS said in his press the play can be reviewed again. I wonder if this is something that can still be overturned?

Not only was it a push, Sherrifs was starting to turn and run in the direction of VJ. Being that he was about to run a route, it shouldn't have even been roughing the passer nonetheless targeting

And I was shocked after the replay "confirmed" it ... almost as shocked they reversed Flowers' Rushing TD.

Agreed.  His ass hit the ground after the ball had broken the plane of the endzone.
