7-0 For The First Time

Our best start in program history is a moment to savor!  We have been far from perfect and improvements must be made, but as it stands all our goals remain within our grasp.  7-0 and possibly top 15 is an absolutely fantastic place to be...enjoy it while it lasts Bulls fans!

UCF definitely looks better. Much more creative on offense, speed and talent across the board, and just seem to execute better. Part of it might be due to them being in their second year under their coaching staff, as opposed to our first. That play call to Tice with under two minutes left was one I don't recall seeing much this year. Gives me hope that there is something more to this offense than what we've seen so far. There better be, because we won't win at UCF with the vanilla play calling.

Did you watch them today?  They really did not look great.  Better than our 4th quarter?...for sure.  But they didn't execute so well today on the whole.

I thought the offense was actually pretty good going into the 4th..more passes called and some sweeps.

UCF can thank their lucky stars that Griffin wasn't called for targeting on Abbey and knocked him out of the game. Who knows what happens if he gets to stay in.

A few blown coverages by them on defense, but Navy is a difficult offense that they'll only see once a year. Kind of like facing a knuckle-baller. Their two running backs look really good. Not saying we'll lose to them, but I think most college football fans outside of this blog would say that UCF looks better. But again, things will be settled on Black Friday. I'm not real comfortable with that match up though.
