Noon kickoff means flying out at 6 in best case scenario. 9pm return to Tampa at best and the state may already have tropical storm winds which could make flying a problem.

The above is best case. Given that Saturday air travel to/from anywhere in Florida will be difficult and require rerouting flights to different paths it could get much more complicated.

They don't want to fly home Sat night into a tropical storm / hurricane... or get stuck in Hartford until Tuesday.

Highly doubtful that this gets postponed since there are no common bye weeks. If the rumor of Friday not being an option, the likelihood of this getting canceled becomes more and more realistic.

Miami can cancel ArkSt becaues it's non-con.  

A conference game getting canceled is a whole lot more difficult.  I'm thinking they'd have to figure something out to reschedule.
