Lmao... 13 carries for 15 yds. He's a great 3rd down back and has had some big moments, but he isn't a starting RB and shouldn't be put in that position.

I blame our O-line for most of that, but I also blame offensive schemes as well, because DJ has made his name mostly as a receiver out of the backfield.  He has not caught a pass this year.  That's inexcusable, but not his fault.

Agree 110%. I'm not trying to be a Nancy here, but he dances wayyy to much. Tice is playing behind the same line.

It's all good.  I just think the thread hasn't outlived its usefulness until we have lost a game.  As long as we're undefeated it should remain.

This. DJ has not been utilized by this staff the same way Taggart did. DJ mostly took the ball in space and ran with it from the outside. He was never much of an up the middle or through the tackles guy he way Mack Andrea Tice are. 

 

And the other thing is this offensive line (or maybe it's the blocking schemes) leave no holes beyond the line of scrimmage. Just seems our guys are always running into tons of traffic.
