It's getting thinner by the day. Two backs (freeman and Chubb) who were both projected to go no later than the 2nd or 3rd, have announced they're coming back within the last few days. There's a good chance he goes in the 4th, maybe even 3rd if he impresses at the combine /pro day. Running backs leave early all the time to get drafted far later than he will. The position is a completely different animal than any other.

FWIW, I sat in front of Marlon's parents at the Temple game, and they strongly hinted that he would be coming back and finishing his degree next year.  He's one year away from having a legit degree.  Why not be awesome and ranked most the year anyway while finishing out your college playing/academic career strong?  

I bet he stays.  Judging from the convo i had with his parents.

Are we covering this in another thread? Mack is going 4th round. He may decide its worth it to get a paycheck if someone tells him his stock isn't improving with another 1000 yard year, so he gains nothing by coming back. He may decide to get the degree. There's no clear cut answer to this.
