If CWT does leave, someone is walking into a successful 1st year here

Mark my words. Taggart isnt going anywhere. He has an awesome roster, awesome incoming recruits, an easy 2017 schedule and 2018-2020 he has the strength of schedule to crash the playoffs. Taggart has a chance to build his own empire and legacy at USF. I think he wants to be a Bowden or Spurrier. Those big time schools are quivk to fire somebody. Why would he risk such a good situation for a few more million? Black coaches dont get 2nd chances at head coaching jobs. I think USF will be able to pay him 3-4 mil a year. If he  ever leaves it probably would be 4vthe NFL like 10 years from now. Mark my words, he is not going anywhere.

In our current situation (crappy conference, terrible fan support/attendance, miserable tv deal) we will never be able to pay a coach 3-4 mill a year. It's just the cold hard truth.

If he going, go... I'd take Les Miles, Lane Kiffin, or Charlie Strong over CWT any day

It's all (well not all but very important) on the kids you can get to play for you.  Coach Taggart can relate well with the recruits.  I personally hope he stays and we build a dynasty here, but I think he has already won a place in Bulls history as one of the good ones.

I don't think he would go if we were in the P5 unless the money was outlandishly huge, but true competitors always want to play for the championship, and I don't know if we will ever have a chance to do that in our current situation.

Go Bulls!

I don't think we would get 4 years out of any of those guys.

I agree...  we can hope they bring good coaches with them and one of them stays and takes the HC job....  CFB has dramatically changed...  its purely business now

can't see Bill T captaining a program of this stature.

still not convinced that this guy's built to operate under bright lights.

Would rather USF retain some of the coaching staff such as Reeves to keep the offensive system going. Don't think some of those retreed coaches have the ability to run a high octane offense like CWT is doing right now.
