Against Navy all 11 guys should be up close and we should blitz 90% of the time.
Soopuh Fly Posted October 22, 2016 Group: Member Topic Count: 3 Content Count: 301 Reputation: 40 Days Won: 0 Joined: 10/06/2014 Share Posted October 22, 2016 4-2-5 is the right scheme for a lot that we face. Obviously not against Navy. But a 4-3 isn't going to be the answer with the way AS and NH have been playing. Just adding another linebacker won't be the fix. It's what they plan on doing with those LBs in space/in the "scheme" and if they can friggin tackle.

The problem is the inconsistency at end(players) and not getting off the field on third down(coaching). A 4-3 won't fix everything.

If we do, and they adjust, they'll just throw it over our heads I wish we had coaches who were experienced enough (and players who were able enough) to adjust on the fly, from drive to drive, as needed
