I'm guessing there is more money on the line with FSU/Miami. They probably don't care if the stadium is half full as long as it's on TV during the scheduled time, even if it's in another city.

How ironic it would be for them to play the game on national TV with the Bulls logo still on the field!

Reporting from Miami.

I have full electricity, wifi, gas etc. It barely even rained.

Another hurricane overhyped.

They should keep the game down here and leave rayjay to the bulls.

Well Miami wasn't going to get it that bad...eye passed over freeport which is pretty far from miami ...areas that will get hit hard will be around Melbourne.

Yeah it really didn't come close to Miami. Yesterday it was shown being more West. Drive down west coast should not be a problem considering Miami was spared.

Melbourne is one of my favorite places. My prayers are with all of the east coast.

TV should have absolutely zero bearing on this decision. Should be the two schools making the decision, with the teams and fans safety the utmost priority, based on the best information possible.

Well, of course. And a case could be made that's is safer to move the student athletes to a safer place in Tampa. Might also encourage some fans to evacuate who would otherwise stay.

Storm so far has followed an eastern path and looking at the winds they are much lower than forecasts for most areas. Coastal areas get it the worst, but it's not going to be so bad for the inland areas.
