Then again I was still working on my undergrad at the time...

I have found that most people like one or the other, few people like both. Edited April 16, 2017 by Who'sYourData?

Recently acquired a bottle ... do people like it neat? On rocks? Or is it mainly a bourbon for mixing?

Been a while so may need to give it another shot. Soon ... I guess I need to go through this Beam.

Maybe I have become a bourbon snob, but it doesn't taste so good anymore after drinking others. That doesn't mean you have to spend a lot. Four Roses yellow label doesn't cost much more and is very drinkable neat. If you have Rebel Yell in your area, I have found that to be pretty good as well. Larceny has some sort of mail in rebate going on right now. For $25 bucks plus whatever you can get from a rebate standpoint, it is a fairly high quality bourbon. Right now I'm reaching for my newly acquire Chestnut Farms. Good stuff. Cheers!

Personally, when I drink Jim Beam, I take shots, and I haven't done that in **** near a decade.

jlcolvin Posted May 9, 2017 Group: Member Topic Count: 14 Content Count: 201 Reputation: 54 Days Won: 0 Joined: 10/03/2008 Share Posted May 9, 2017 I think this fits in here: My wife bought me a Cricut cutter for my birthday in March. Tonight I played with cutting vinyl as a mask and using a chemical etcher to etch glass. Results below, I'm going to have some fun with this thing.
