Ok dumb question here...the Temple player jumped into the blocker and partially blocked the punt. Last year we had a similar play (don't think it was blocked) and had an unsportsmanlike penalty called. They explained then that you couldn't leap into a blocker. Only time I have ever seen it called. What gives?

Doesn't matter what any other team does.

USF's renaming games are all the division games, so if USF wins out, they hold the tie breaker with any other team and would go to the champ. game.

i think the penalty is trying to leap over the blocker but making contact. In our case the defender got flipped over and got flagged for it.

Other than our punter out special teams ain so hot. Return game not bad. Kick coverage and place kicker are our achillles heal.  Only if we had Kloss for one more year.
