Hitt has to be careful how to manage this bc he wants to save millions on buyout money. Voluntarily Retiring will be a lot cheaper than being forced out by UCF and having them restructure facility budgets to make it feasible

How do you know if it will be cheaper?  I'd bet O'Leary wouldn't "voluntarily" retire for free, and UCF isn't disclosing the finances involved.  So neither you nor anyone else knows what will be cheap or what won't.

the 'rumored' buyout for Key is 700K for 2 years(if he is not considered) on the HCIW rumors, GOL is unknown what type of 'thank you for everything but time to move on' package he could get
