Wrote this as part of an earlier thread.  I did not realize how bad it was until I read it again.  Even if you add the teams we are "supposed" to beat this year, it is a very pathetic resume.

CWT has beaten:

Cincy

Uconn x2

SMU

Weastern Carolina

FAMU

Tulsa

Sad face.

Not the players but him.  I would agree.   This is on the coaches

Cincy our best win was mostly because they lost a player that week otherwise our best win in 2 plus years is Western Carolina that took Macks monster game to win.

Taggart is gone by late November

Very true. Let's also take into consideration the man's career record is 23-40. Losing is what he knows.

An eye-opener stat for sure.  So, 28% (2 of 7) of Taggart's wins so far have come from FCS competition.  As stated earlier, it's not hard to imagine that Taggart is gone by the end of November.

With O'Leary expected to retire after this season, I would suspect that the UCF HC position would be seen as a very favorable job for an up and coming coordinator or established coach to consider.  With their (UCF) recent football success, their on campus stadium, etc., USF will be in a real battle against UCF for obtaining the best available man for the open HC job.

Why I said the Maryland game was a must win game if we were to have turned the corner...then we lose big.

Taggart is 23-40 is 5+ seasons and has only had one winning season in conference. We needed a guy who knew how to win before he took the job.

When your biggest accomplishment is a win against a terrible Kentucky team four years ago and a loss in the Little Cesar's Bowl, you really haven't accomplished anything.

If Taggart hasn't learned how to win yet then it's not going to happen.

that about sums it up
