This effort holds through the season we will all be happy. I don't know Temple could be just as good

At least he shows some passion. Really liking Allen

This effort and you contend. Also possible this is that fluke game - FSU playing poorly and we playing our best. Time will tell. But scoring two TDs against FSU is a great start - did we even score two TDs all season on offense?
JoshuaG Posted September 12, 2015 Group: Member Topic Count: 19 Content Count: 707 Reputation: 70 Days Won: 1 Joined: 04/28/2014 Share Posted September 12, 2015 I'm watching the same game you all are and (ready for the undo anger this will bring) I do not see all the absolutely terrible throws QF is making. They are far from perfect, but they haven't been total garbage. The wideouts aren't getting open, he's trying to put the ball wherever he could. He's put balls too high at times or not on time but he needs to work through it! Not sit everyone he makes a bad decision or a late one. The lack of separation of the wideouts is disturbing, I haven't seen a decisive post cut or quick curl or beat out coverage deep all game So aside from being inaccurate, off on his timing, and forcing throws into coverage, you think he's doing just fine today? Im saying that at the beginning of the season, you can find those same traits in many quarterbacks getting into a rhythm and getting in tune with his wideouts. He's making mistakes, I'm not doubting that. He isn't playing great. But you can't bench him for working on his game the second game of the season and think ANYONE can develop. I mean you can, but we would never see any progression. We just watched him grossly over throw a wideout and that sucks but he has to have a chance to work on the reads and getting settled in his own skin. Then we saw a wideout just plain drop the ball. I'll wait a couple games before getting on the "Bench Him" band wagon
