    Last week, he caught the ball on one play where he jumped and got tackled awkwardly around his legs. They had to help him off the field. I hope it's not his knees. He's had really bad luck the last few seasons.

    Wasn't the Bell injury a helmet to helmet where the defender was ejected? Hopefully it wasn't serious and they just held him out as a precaution.

    Without that turnover, we lose. When the defense did nothing to stop tech going right down the field in the second half and scoring, I was thinking it was probably the end when we punted on 4th and 1. Tech was driving for another score before the fumble. I guess anything can happen so you punt on 4th, but the defense looked gassed and nothing showed they could make a stop. I think Strong punted and hoped for the best. At the time, I think a lot of fans were thinking we should have gone for it, there were definitely a lot streaming towards the exits after we punted.

    I procrastinated too long on buying the $99 season tickets and ended up looking on Tickpick for individual tickets. They actually had a few season tickets for sale. I picked up (2) at $110 each in section 218. When I got them, they are marked $165 w/ club access. It must be someone who bought them and had to get rid of them I guess. Until the demand catches up to the supply, I don't see how re-sellers make any money.

    It rained before the game and into the first quarter for sure. I remember sitting in the end zone with ponchos wondering what happened to the offense. It's going to be important to put together some longer drives to give the defense a rest. I'm excited for the game, but nervous about our defense.

    Please let this be similar to the nationwide IHOB marketing campaign when after the public outrage, they never actually changed anything.

    Isn't that why we've been going with the mobile qb....Blackwell, Grothe, Daniels and Flowers? We just didn't have the offensive line size and quality up front to protect a pocket passer.

    Hopefully it doesn't look like the FSU defense last night. They couldn't stop anyone up the middle or around the ends. I had flashbacks to the Temple game.

    The music selection sounded better to me for some reason. Lots of up-tempo stuff. Anyone else notice a difference?

    I think those quick throws to the sideline replaced the hb dives. He's saving the dives for GT.

    Usually you bring in a new qb and you give him a few short pass completions to get him going. They bring him in and first play is a qb run and the next 2, he throws deep. He was inaccurate later in the game, but the play-calling didn't help his confidence at the beginning. Glad we have Barnett, but if he goes down, bye bye season.

    Hopefully the playbook is well utilized beyond the first page. Although, if they can't stop the HB dive, why turn to page 2?

    I've always had good luck with Tickpick. No extra fees. It could be someone selling off season tickets that they can't attend. As long as it says Club Access somewhere, you should be fine.

    He was a fairly new coach who found success running a certain system. When he came here, he went with what worked from past experience. I fault him for not adapting sooner but I can''t blame him for going with what got him success in the first place. With the talent he has at Florida State, he could probably go back to the power run game and still have success.

    That quote is spot-on. At that point the program and fan involvement was at an all time high and we really did nothing to take advantage of it. If an OCS was a possibility, that was the time to do it.

    I agree. The backups did nothing to impress in the spring game and if BB was so much better, he would be named the starter by now. On the other hand, maybe they are all so good, Charlie can't decide on a starter.
