Time for Jose to recruit bigger stronger, more physical players. We have reached our ceiling with the finesse players. It's nice to put up wins, but the next level needs to be to get competitive with better teams in the country.

We have had a nice run these last 3 years and the next few years are relatively bright, but that is vs AAC teams.

Time to take it to the next level.

Just wait until geno retires and uconn crashes back downtown earth. Teams that have been embarrassed by them will give them a taste of their own medicine

They are always kissing UConns butt...they get the best players, of course they are good.

But what have all these wins and titles gotten them? They are still in be AAC with us...99% of sports fans could care less about women's basketball.

Height that is athletic and skillful.

Like I said last year. We need 7 or 8 Williams at all different heights.  That is what UCONN has every year.

UCONN got featured on that new HBO Sports documentary!

Guess which team HBO shows (at the end) that got slaughtered by UCONN

It is not just about playing UCONN. We aren't CONSISTENTLY competitive with teams ranked higher than 15. That is why I say we have reached our ceiling.

How many wins against even top 20 teams over the last few years?

It doesn't really mean much because UConn slaughters 99.9% of the teams they play. Its like our football team playing against a high schools jv team. There are 4 good teams in women's basketball, the rest are playing for 5th place.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
