All these pieces don't fit together.

Always amazes me that we don't have shooters when every other program we play can hit shots.

Have we *ever* been able to shoot? I've never seen this team hit shots consistently.

With Perry out, we're hurting even more for scoring options.  We had opportunities, but weren't able to convert the layups that would have made this much closer.

Guerrero is developing very nicely and will be a force as he gains both experience and bulk.  We really need 4s that will be agressive and guards that can shoot, as well as dribble.  It was frustrating watching AC trying to figure out what to do as the shot clock expired (shades of xCSH).

Lots of work in recruiting is needed. Right now our incoming class in nice but I don't see the immediate impact offensive player being a part of it. If Montero signs and gets in then he can be but missing a year of competitive basketball surely will sit him back some. Peters at PG next season needs to be a star player if USF wants to turn this thing around.

COA and staff are throwing out scholarships to JC players and a PF has been offered lately, maybe a replacement for Perry or another Big because USF needs one imo.

You can see what they wanted to do in the first half when they were pushing the ball up the floor on every rebound or turnover. That was good stuff.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
