Don't know why he didn't even win Freshman of the Year on our team, but congrats to him.

i thought we've already established our coaching staff has problems evaluating talent.

He didn't say 3 more years ... he said "turning pro after year 3 (his junior year)."   This was year one, so year 3 is 2 more years from now, which would still be early.
