It should be impossible to lose to SMU, but then again the WCU game was severely in doubt at halftime.

 

It shouldn't be a loseable game but it is.

 

I do think we win it though.

The only way a team is worse than USF is if their defense is horrid along with their offense. But something tells me their fans think this is their most winnable game.

There is no way SMU will score 30... They have scored a total of five touchdowns all season and only ONE at home... add with 5 field goals and 4 PATs for a total of 49 points all year.

 

Their QBs (all four of them who have played) are worse than White and Bench... Mack has more yards rushing than their entire team (even if you take away the 275 against WCU!)... They have lost 10 fumbles and thrown 9 INTs...

 

Now... USF is capable of losing any game... but with a week off, and against the Mustangs team that is the worst in FBS... I don't see it.

 

I get the fact you are not happy with how bad USF is... but you have not seen pathetic if you have not watched SMU play.  Western Carolina is actually BETTER than SMU.

 

If USF loses, it will be something like 10-3 or

We shouldn't lose this game, but I can see how people have lost faith. SMU may be as bad as everyone thinks, but we are awful, too. It's in their house, and we will still have to bring our A game to win. You can count on us taking 1 half off, which is customary for this team, so we will either be playing catchup in the 2nd half or trying to hold on to the lead we built in the 1st half. It could be a bad day for us if John McDaid is the referee. We need to play this game like it was the last game of our lives.
