I thought the home team usually gets an unwritten 3 points for home field advantage, so technically it's a push, this game is untouchable, wouldn't even go near the point over/under. This either has 17-13 usf or 34-14 tulsa written allllll over it.

We are the road team so actually favored by 5 on a neutral field, not a push. The line opened as a pick em and moved to USF-2 so looks like the betting world is liking the Bulls to win.
