We have a better shot at winning in their return trip.

The day WILL come when USF fans can look at these games again and half-expect to win (Notre Dame was the last one, Clemson game before that). But tomorrow is not that day, almost purely on the basis that our Bulls team is very young.

Was a great feeling knowing that we could win these types of games. Now I hope not to get blown out

Crazier things have happened. Wasn't Taggart at Stanford when they won a game against USC when USC was favored by 40+? Sounds like good mojo.

Yep. He was the RB coach that helped rack up 86 yards on 39 carries that day.

 

 

It was 2007... and that game was one of a couple big losses that allowed USF to reach #2 along with LSU ... in fact, USF was #2 at the time of that game.

USF: 2.64

 

We're right there with them talent wise for that return trip. Even if we lose tomorrow, god help them when they come back to Tampa in a few years!

I dont understand how you can make a point by bringing up games that happened years ago. This team is not the team that lost 23-5 to unlv. We tend to get kids who by the time they hit the field are higher than 3 star players. for example jj watt was a 2 star player montee ball was a about  a 3 star player.

Why can't you understand the comparison? You said in your earlier post that there was almost no chance and that USF fans were delusional to think we can win. I'm sure UNLV was in the same spot as USF and they won. Now you say Wisky is a better team this season, so I'll give you another 2 touchdowns. Guess what, it would still a loss for Wisky 23-19
