It's more than just the DUI, he was already suspended by the team.  It was an underage DUI, and he presented a license that wasn't his.  If this were the only thing and he were 21, and barely blew the limit, I could say it was just a mistake (Let's be clear, I don't condone drinking and driving at all), but he has already shown poor judgement more than once.

1) Underage DUI doesn't make it any worse in my opinion than a legal age DUI. He's in college.

2) The way I, and I imagine every other kid, got my underage drinking done in college was with an ID that wasn't mine.

3) Rod Strickland says give the kid a break and he's a paid mentor of athletes.

 

(and I'm not saying what he did was right, I'm just saying how can we have Rod Strickland, Eric Mathies, and Dunkley around and say this kid did something we at USF don't stand for)
