Granted we're no good, but I think everybody completely underestimated NCST. They will win some games thus year. Us, 4 to 6.

vegas underestimated them also

Vegas overestimated USF.

The way they are playing, USF will not win another game and they won't score more than two offensive touchdowns in a game.  PUTRID is the only word that comes to mind!!

You can refer to this as a working aid. It's from back in January, way before the icy hand of reality gripped our throat:

I'm gonna stick with four wins: SMU, MEMPHIS, TULSA & UCONN.

And remember, sports fans, that would DOUBLE last year's conference wins- which in turn would be labeled as "progress".

I do not expect wins over ECU, UCF, or Wisconsin. Thats' just me.

2 of those teams replaced actually decent football teams in the AAC.

Wow, I predicted 3-9 with a run on torches and pitchforks in the Tampa area. I might have to double down on that prediction since the only two teams looking as woeful as us are UConn and SMU.

I have no freaking clue I will say 2-3 wins till I see some sort of offense…how can you win with half a team and that half isn't the one that puts points on the board.  So unless this defense plays like the 85 Bears and holds other teams to 10 points or less this could be another long season.
