Not sure but I would guess it would be when the student get back on campus.

We seem to have a whole problem with the school colors. We say green and gold but there's no gold often times. It makes sense that they would make a white shirt. We are a confused people.

Looks like they are on sale now. This is the 2014 design, even though the site says 2013.

Yes they've been available all summer long at the USF Tampa bookstore. Had a friend visit me when I lived in Tampa earlier this summer and we went over to the USF bookstore and he picked up a couple for himself and his girlfriend. At least they're green this year.
