Saw some of a softball game between UGA and Baylor. Baylor hit a homerun and the whole team ran on the field to home plate and waited for the batter and then they all danced around home as if it was a walk-off win...but it was in the middle inning.

Is that normal for softball?

That's the kind of crap that should get your next batter beaned.

I was watching some of the Big10 baseball tournament and after a strikeout, the defense threw the ball around the infield. Bush league, rubbing it in the batter's face like that. They should have thrown at someone for that ********.

It is normal for softball.  It's a different game than baseball.  The women are in the dugout doing chants, patterned hand clapping and songs while play is going on.

Yes, because that is clearly the same level of showboating as the whole team running on the field in the middle of the game...

I also saw a play where the pitcher got the batter to hit an easy fly out to right field in a big situation and, instead of just hustling in, the kid tossed the ball into the stands!!! I've never seen less class in my entire life. He pretty much said to the opposing player, "I think so little of you, I'm giving the ball you hit to a child,"
