NCAA would vacate wins because we played a player that was cleared by the NCAA?

If they make us vacate wins that is dumb. They cleared him!

Historically any game that an ineligible player participates gets vacated. Doesn't matter if NCAA clearinghouse cleared them or not.

I am not familiar with the vetting process, so what independent due diligence requirements are there? Is USF suppose to provide data to NCAA and then based on that information the NCAA makes the determination to clear a player?
