True, he got the deal with Papa John's but it's not like their corporate headquarters are in Louisville.  Oh, wait, they are.

By your logic, it sounds like TECO should be chomping at the bit to sponsor a sports arena for USF, because they're in the same town.  Seeing as it can only happen if the large corporation is in the same town as the university.

That's not what I meant, although TECO arena or TECO stadium would sound great.  Papa John is a national brand headquartered in Louisville, if they were going to sponsor a stadium, UL's makes the most sense.

Really, though, none of that was my point.  My point was that even the great and powerful Jurich made a poor coaching hire.  Then hit a homerun with Strong.  It's too early to tell (at least for most of us) if CWT will be a homerun for us.

You're leaving out Petrino and John L Smith, both of whom were fantastic for Louisville's football program as well.

Also, he got Rick Pitino as well ... per the Tom Jurich Wikipedia page, Pitino was going to coach at Michigan but Jurich convinced him to go to Louisville.

Cigar City Stadium sounds badass IMO

...but Wrestlicious Stadium sounds more realistic for our current product.
