Eewww. An ice storm does not sound good.

The people there are brave. Driving on ice roads can be dangerous. Thats probably why this game is free

It's free because 270,000 don't have power. Roads are closed all over the city. The basketball game on campus was cancelled. But they decided to get this game in and this is what you get.
