The previous conference realignment: - West Virginia (and TCU) have struggled to make a name for themselves in the Big 12! - Syracuse and Pittsburgh are scraps in the ACC... 2.) The Big East left overs: - USF bringing in wins over Cincinnati and UCONN - UCONN is in a worse situation than we are - Temple is somewhat comfortable in their circumstance 3.) CUSA schools unanimously beating USF: - Rutgers and Louisville being worked over by UCF... - CUSA teams demonstrated that they can stand up against the old Big East teams (Louisville being the outlier) - Rutgers being the least deserving of conference realignment.... - I am reluctant to see the outcome of UCF vs USF. 4.) The AAC does not deserve to be a BCS AQ. I may seem harsh in my critique, but I am just frustrated. I am only anticipating headlines from my facebook friends after the Thanksgiving holiday. I hope for the best, but I am expecting the worst. I can only look forward to next season!

Will they be able to compete in the B1G in Football and Basketball next season?

Define "part." I think the B1G is banking on Rutgers' future midwest competition bringing more eyeballs to Rutgers football, but that's a big gamble in my opinion.
