How long did we all wait for the second NCAA Tourney bid?

 

USF football brought us so much good times so quickly that we all got spoiled rotten. And we are just not used to the suffering.

 

Even in our current state of suffering, look at our facilities. We still have so much.

Remember the days when we used to compete with Hofstra, The Flying Dutchmen?

 

Well, their football program got shutdown in 2009. They can't even complain about losing.

 

We just need to transfer some of that patience that we gave to men's basketball to football.

I would agree with you if we were a 5-7/6-6 team, but we're not. We're a 2-10, 3-9 team at best. Our program is now 6 - 23 over our last 29 games. I don't care how spoiled any program has been that is unacceptable.

USF fans haven't been spoiled, we've been screwed over and disillusioned by one of the most mismanaged athletic programs in the last four years . . . . . hands down.

According to most of the Taggart's Bus Boys, we never had success and only with CWT, at least three years from now, can we expect success.

Simply put our guys need:
 

- More time to learn the system

- More time to bulk up

- More time to bring in guys that fit the system. 

 

If in year 2 or 3 we are still only winning 2-4 games then it is time to call the HC into question, but for now as much as it sucks we have to see it through. It is not as if we can just go pick up some new guys off the wire to make it work.

 I heard the same stuff about Holtz and wait til he gets his guys, his system,  well how'd that work out?
