Its a poorly designed survey.  Its too long and doesnt provide enough distinction between the questions that allows the survey taker to understand the very subtle differences in what they were asking.

Totally agree.  VERY poorly designed.  I work in marketing and I had trouble understanding the "interest vs. satisfaction" section differences.  I'm wondering if this is a student project at Ohio U that wasn't thoroughly reviewed by faculty or professionals before distribution.

It seemed to me that they wanted a clear cut separation between "on the field" (not to be discussed) and the overall 'game day experience' (e.g. the cost and variety of concessions, parking, ease of entry/exit, club seats/access, digital-device-utility during the game, etc.). It was not a 'how satisfied are you with the TEAM's performance thus far. Maybe it some kid's STATS-II project and they're working on some sort of correlation between 'interest and satisfaction' (include the graph!).

In the narrative I put that 'commitment to winning and an upward trajectory' were the determining factors in ticket renewal.

There was one question about 'when I do not use my tickets'...which needed another choice. I have always used my tickets (at least 2 of 4), and have missed only one home game in seventeen years (stupid hospital), so I think an "N/A" would have been legit.

What do you guys expect from the mind of Woogie Dullard?  We have a Bilikenized hobbit for an AD, that's now the claim to fame for USF athletics. Gosh we're special, aren't we?

I said whatever I thought would emphasize an on campus stadium and not scheduling crappy opponent.
