It's not obvious that a bowl berth isn't going to happen.  If we keep improving and get Bench and Shaw back, you don't know what will happen.  I know it's unlikely because we dug such a big hole for ourselves, but it's still a possibility.

It's not obvious that a bowl berth isn't going to happen.  If we keep improving and get Bench and Shaw back, you don't know what will happen.  I know it's unlikely because we dug such a big hole for ourselves, but it's still a possibility.

 

And it is possible I will start dating Reese Witherspoon but is it really gonna happen ?

I like where we are going, and I like CWT. However after just 2 wins? We are only 2-4, and still have some very challenging games to play. I think CWT is the guy but let's wait till the end of the season to evaluate it. (both good and bad)

 

 

I think he as already waved the White flag on this season based on the number of true freshman playing.  That is how you get ready for next year.

I am interested in this as well.  We played a solid Michigan State game early in the year.  I am hoping for a healthy Bench and Shaw (doubtful I know), and I want to see what they develop out of the bye-week.  I like how Tice runs and I loved Davis's toughness on the short yards.

 

I just want to see if we can build on our momentum, and there really is no way we can rush 3 against Teddy Bridgewater...  If we give him time, we are screwed....  He's not going to be the guy who forces the throw, he will take what we will give him and pick us a part....  the way to beat a good QB is to put him on his back...

I believe it's far more likely that we go to a bowl game than it is that you would date Reese Witherspoon.

I think you'll see the 3 man rush quite a bit. Staff may decide to try and make them dink and dunk down the field rather than gamble with blitzes and missed tackles. Not completely insane if you think you're total point output has an upper limit of 20.

Bottom line to me is Woolard did well to get a good fit within what was likely a very tight budget. We're holding on to thin leads by making adjustments, which we've been unable to do with any consistency. Under the previous regime, we knew we were done if we only had a 3-to-7 point lead going into the 4th Q.

 

I like the optimism, it's early yeah, but it's a nice contrast to:
