For better or worse, Cap One's automated tally has given away the answer.  USF has obviously won by the vote count.

 

It's up to Cap One to honor the system in place or not.  I think they will.  I shall eagerly await the Cap One bowl.  If I didn't move to Buffalo, I'd head to the game in Orlando and rep Rocky in person.
