If we beat FAU the a good portion of this board will start talking about a bowl game (and some extremists...competing for the conference championship)

If we lose to FAU, some will start turning on Tags.

This should be interesting.

I don't care what we talk about... so long as we beat FAU.

It most definitely is Epcot. The knights are native to Orlando, perfect choice for their mascot.

My point is that Knights (Conquistadors) were in Florida as long as Bulls were.  With that said, UCFs mascot is not modeled after the Conquistador, rather the Knights of Arthurian England.
