Time in Vero has zero (0) to do with recruiting presence there. It's about having a distraction-free environment in which to focus on football and build the team's chemistry. If USF does well, it won't have a ton to do with where they camp; if USF does poorly, it won't be because they went to Vero. It's not a huge factor one way or another. It's like blaming the color of the uniform -- really not a huge factor one way or another.

I would think it has an effect on the bottom line financially and would save much needed money to practice on campus. Do you know what USF pays to practice at Vero Beach inclusive of food and transportation?

Vero is a waste... the team needs to be immersed in USF spirit and on campus... not camping 35 miles south and singing coombya by the camp fire.

I'm sorry ... I just can't stop laughing at this ...

I was thinking Tent City here in Arizona.

Why go that far when we have a similar a-hole sheriff in Polk Country? (Grady Judd)

Coach wants adversity. Maybe they should go somewhere less serene.

I'm thinking Pahokee, Swamp Central. Spend a day trip at Lion Country Safari where CB's try to cover the Cheetahs and our linemen spend the day trying to move the elephants out of the "nose" tackle position. Maybe we could also come away with some "Lionbackers".
