Ok folks,let it go. I suspect most of you have and will continue to buy tickets to see football, not to get perks. I have had season tix since year one, and there have never been perks outside of

Too funny, Now ask the Donors and season ticket Holders who sat thru last night ( stayed until the very end BTW and the team left the field)  if seeing Our Bulls play on Sat is enough or do we need the perks we are promised and PAID for?      

 

I want what I paid for or an explanation / reply to my email I sent last week,  I want them to FIX the email distribution system at the very least.

I was told by my ticket rep and in an email that I won a $75.00 gift card for concessions and I would receive it the week before our fist game I haven't seen it, what's up with that?

Wouldn't that be a question better asked of your ticket rep? If it was me and I was told that, if I didn't get it by Thursday I would have been on the phone asking about it ... making sure it wasn't lost in the mail.

If you renewed by May 1st, then I'm sure they can resend the email to you. If you still don't have it, I would drop an email to your account rep (but don't expect an answer until Monday).

So in today's mail are $15 gift cards for RayJay concessions because we renewed by the early deadline. Unexpected but happy to get them.
