Ville is an example of how an Athletic Dept should be run.   

 

One day we should strive to be like them, They have NC's in BB, played in BCS bowls,  Have top notch facilities esp BB. They have their own OCS (make money off the naming rights, Papa John's).  They got out of Conf USA 2-0. (they joined the BE when we came on board).

 

 They have one of the BEST AD's in College.

It is also a 200 year old university with tons more alumni support and money to work with.  They have a terrific AD, but he couldn't have accomplished here what he has accomplished there.  Not even close.

Princeton, Yale, Harvard are also OLD schools and aren't on the same level. 

Rutgers may not be run like We would run it, But they are laughing all the way to the Big 10 bank.

Ville is a model to follow.

You find a couple of donors that can donate $200mil to the football program over the next five years and we can follow their model.
