If they do, it is their problem.

C'mon Rizman, that's just purely cold hearted. Even if there's no worry about legal action, their child is still dead.

Great response.  I read that article and felt so much sympathy for the parents and the friends that watched him die.

There's a Harris Teeter shopping center in Arlington, with a Starbucks and a bunch of trendy restaurants, that just re-landscaped.

There are TONS of kids that go shopping and eating with mom and dad, not to mention it's a hangout for dog owners, and Yorktown High school kids.

Those idiots planted a dozen or so Spanish Bayonets. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yucca_gloriosa

:wtf: are they thinking? Some kid's going to get impaled on one of these by accident.

Why go looking for trouble? It'll find you easy enough even if you run from it.

A 14-year-old West Texas boy is dead after he ran into a bull statue on the Texas Tech University campus and impaled himself on one of its horns.

University spokesman Chris Cook said Miguel Martinez impaled himself while playing hide-and-seek with friends in the pre-dawn hours of Saturday morning.

Martinez' mother Judith Leseburg said her son was spending the night with his best friend, Jeremy, before the tragic accident.

Which is why kids shouldn't play near them.

Just like they shouldn't play in highways

Wow, one is filled with grass and has trees, the other is for cars to move at a rapid pace.

This is just a very bizarre accident.

Would a sign saying not to step on the gravel or a small fence (like knee high) prevent liability?

Maybe just in case USF should put an off the rocks or a small fence around the bulls.

I know people who have climbed and sat on top of the USF bulls in fromt of the MSC for a photo op.
