The scale might be a little off but the point is that a 50K stadium could fit in either spot and these are the two best locations if we were to build an OCS.

I would guess one of those 2 spots is the location picked out ...

There is no way they can use the northeast corner dubbed "The Meadows" for an OCS due to it being a part of the eco preserve, correct?

There's plenty of space around the nature walk/Really Awesome Place of Entertainment forest, but that's all probably supposed to be reserved.

Option #2

Like it there better.

However, I don't think it would be wise to build in that direction and take away the road between the Sun Dome and the recreation fields.

That footprint seems a lot bigger than the one on a previous Master Plan ... and if you put horizontally there, you just divert the road and not remove it.

It did look bigger. Plenty of room on the rec fields there on Fowler and you wouldn't have to diver that road much.

I believe it has been said before that the focus would be on the indoor training facility before an OCS, if that is the case then where would that fit in on the master plan?

you cant justify it if usf remains outside big 5

nothing should happen until usf starts piling up conference championships

North Texas and UNCC called.... they say you don't know what you're talking about.

florida schools are broke

the state is broke

spend over 100million dollars for a losing program that has no chance for a national championship

makes alot of sense

Between the Track and the Lee Roy Selmon Athletic Center.

Then there should be no problem at all putting something like that south of the Dome, with a little road diversion and parking garages to offset lost spaces ...
