Do we know which ones will count toward the 2013 class and which ones count for this class?

We've got two more slots to count against 2013, plus 8 for 2014. 10 extra slots total, assuming everybody above actually signs

Yes, I was assuming we keep all of those 17. One can dream!

The only way players transferring would affect this is if we don't have room on the roster for the 31 ... if that 31 is correct.
