Rick Pitino on USF: "Not a whole lot of post presence. He's just 1 or 2 guys away from having a very good team, but he is 1 or 2 guys away."

Good, it sounds like the future looks brighter with Leday and Hawkins getting more time next year. Now if we could sign Stevens or Henry that would be a plus. I think I have hope for next year.

What? No mention of the refs who broke this team in the first half? Jordan gets all ball and is called for a foul then next possession he goes strong to the rim and gets a guy on his back with no call.  AC dribbles in the lane and gets pushed down but no call.  Siva gets a bloody lip and the refs automatically go to the monitor, but AC gets an elbow to the eye and they do nothing (just like last game).  I'm not blaming the officiating for why we lost, but I'm sick of watching our guys get assaulted and the refs not do a **** thing about it.

Well, he doesn't appear to be regressing, so the assumption would be that in another year he will be better than he is now .... Not sure that will get him any more playing time, though, if the new guys come in hitting the floor running ...  but you don't know.

Truthfully - I wasn't sure either when I posted it. LOL

_______

The foul call on OMO's block was a travesty.  Talk about rim protector

No it was a good call. I watched the replay. The block itself was clean but he fouled the player AFTER the block.
