Bobby will start throughout the year. Mark my words: he will have a career year. We won't be going to the NC game and may not even win the BE, but he'll have a good year as well as the whole team.

Taggart's system will not make the QB make multiple reads like the old system. It's run the ball and play-action. Bobby is a fixed-position throwing QB and Taggart's system will fit him well.

A career year doesn't have to be anything special. 500 yards and 3 TD passes would be an all time high. Not saying much.

From what I saw on Mike's highlight vids and watching his state title game...nearly every ball he threw would have been a pick at the college level. I say we red shirt him and let the two clowns of Bobby and Matt decide who is going to hand the ball off 50 times a game. Bobby is extremely injury prone also.

I think Eveld will do better in an offense in which the quarterback scrambling is not the cornerstone.

Listened to 98.7 on the way home yesterday and they had Coach T on with Booger and Rich and Coach T said Bobby will be 1st team when spring practices start. He also said if anyone has a bad day, they won't be in that starting role the next practice; all positions are up for grabs. I also saw that Coach T mentioned he won't be issuing starting roles until after the incoming freshman arrive to give them their fair shot.
