WVU RB Antonio Andrews may transfer to USF as a graduate student. He wouldn't have to sit out a year. Has a ring of truth, IMO.

Good thing he graduated. It'd be hard to get those credits to transfer as we don't offer degrees in couch burning.

Edit: Nevermind, after reading the link, he is from WKU, not WVU.

Sorry for the confusion. It was a typo on my part, which I now corrected.

This was mentioned in another thread recently, but it probably belongs here.

This would be a HUGE get.  Only one year to give us a much needed spark, and allow the younger RBs to develop or redshirt.  This would excellent.  When would we know?

We might not know until after the spring semester. If he has already graduated, it would have made sense for him to transfer to USF for the spring semester in order to be involved in spring practice However, since he alreay knows the CWT system, he should be able to adjust quickly in the summer.

Imo copeland was an option at USF with Holtz as a slot, with Taggert I dont see it being a good fit.

Likely the RB from WKU, as a grad student.  Watch his film...wow.

Its not Andrews as he has yet to graduate from WKU. It's a pretty good back though.

if he has to sit out 2013, hard to get excited.

Change of gears...anyone know if Dunkley will play for USF in 2013?

Thought that he'd be coming here as a grad student for his 5th year? Guess that info was wrong...he also has NOT registered for the NFL draft, so take that for whatever it's worth.

I think Jupiter was referring to the other potential transfer, not Andrews.
