Texas Tech gave up 48+ points in losing their last 5 conference games.  I'm sure they sold the "Hey...look at this swiss cheese D!  Heck yeah you can play early!"

 

I know ppl who've been to Lubbock, and say it's a dump.  But, he made an OV there, I believe, so he should know what he's getting into, if he heads there.

 

Can't get 'em all, and he's been all over the place, at times sounding like "anywhere but Florida" and other times seeming to be on the fringe of Dream Team 2014.

 

Good luck where ever you go, Mr. Jackson.

I heard from a co-worker (Tech alum) that a lot of fans didn't like Tuber, and were very vocal (to the point of yelling at him during games, and other ways to harass the guy).  Seems he couldn't wait to get the heck out of Lubbock.  I can see TT turning into TCU soon, as other teams in the Big 12 pull away (except for WVU...those guys are going to struggle for years).

Well, Bullwinkle thought he was coming here, so that leaves us with another slot.  I'm sure we'll be disappointed by some kids that pick others, but hopefully get some surprise pick ups.  At least Jackson never committed, then bailed.  I commend him for vetting his options and then making a pick after that.
