The bball schools are gone. BIg East is done pretty much. Just in time for the beginning of the Big East Conference schedule for hoops. It's a going away tour, I advise anyone thinking about it to jump at the chance to see Gtown, Notre Dame, Syracuse, Louisville, Nova and UCONN hoops in our house. It will be a long time until we see a home schedule like this ever again.

Glad Fowler Avenue's monitoring the changing landscape of college football. Without their monitoring activities, I don't know where we'd be... Just because they didn't consult you, doesn't mean that they are not working to get us out of this mess. If no one wants us, then no one wants us. It's really that simple. Watch your back Duke. +1 .... and then beg the ones leaving to let us in wherever they end up. This^^^ Or just do an athletic department split. Let the basketball program remain somewhat relevant, and let football program go play in the MEAC of Southland conference. To much money has been put into the basketball program to let it just go to waste. You people are on crack, because our bball team has been SO GREAT since it's inception.... Ditto If you think dropping football or down sizing it will be good at all for USF then go and talk to Stetson, Saint Leo, and UT... they did this and now all are trying to bring football back, with Stetson being the first to get it back. Dropping football was good for St. Leo. Playing on a soccer field to no interest against unknown teams accomplished nothing other than increased expenses. If we end up at that level, we should shutter the program as well
