Well, TCU's bowl is Saturday night at 10:15 EST, so if it isn't Guidry, and you're hoping for Shannon, you won't hear of it until Sunday - unless they announce him before but allow him to coach the game, but I'd think WT is being classy and not allowing for distractions (even if it's Guidry - waiting til after the bowl tonight).

IMO a staff filled with coaches that went 7-5 against the level of competition with WKU, may go 7-5 against the level of competition with USF. I amy be 100% of base, if CWT does fill his staff with his former WKU staff, time will tell.

There's always the pro/con for this though. Some will say 7-5 = 7-5 when you step up in competition, but perhaps you also step up in talent and can do more.

To me, I will support whomever gets hired here and hope for the best. I want to see the continued academic success and building of young men, but I want to also see the player development, and the ability of coaching staffs to get the most out of the players they have, as well as scheme to maximize the potential of the players they have and get.

I'm thinking we should hire ND's DC as our LB coach. Surely he would love to come here rather than continue to live in Brian Kelly's shadow.

Reference to that Arkansas dude? lol!
