I am still open-minded on Skip Holtz. But if he really loses the motivation of the players, we may have no choice but to let him go-like the Bucs with Raheem Morris. Just because Skip

Holtz doesn't express any passion, it doesn't mean the whole football team should not have any.

He has no discipline over the team with his slaps on the wrist. I have a feeling that the inmates are running the assylum

The Buccaneers had a similar problem with Raheem Morris. He was apparently more interested in being the players' buddy than instilling discipline.

Does anyone even feel that if Holtz started to win he could repair the damage he has done with the fans? Although I would love to win I don't think he could ever win me back to his side. I will support the players but I feel Holtz is a fraud.

This is the kind of stupid **** that makes me wonder if some of our fans first venture into sports fandom was when Skip took over as coach. IF, by some miracle, Skip can pull a 180 and take the program to places its's never been, you'd have to be an imbecile to not be won back to his side... What is wrong with you people??

If Holtz for some reason is the still the HC next year and turns in a fabulous year where we finish 1st or at least 2nd in the Big East, sure we will quit bashing him and start singing his praises. BUT, he hasn't done that yet, should have turned this program around from last year, he hasn't, and should be fired.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

“This is not a broken football program by any means. It just needs to be united, to get everybody on the same page, share that same vision, and really to have that standard - best is the standard.”
