Go to one of the many High School powerhouses in Florida and hire an up and coming guy as a replacement. 3. Let him ride out the year. 4. If it works out, keep him. If not, hire somebody more high profile. That will be $200,000 for this plan please.

He needs to accept blame for hiring an inept DC, and then MAYBE he might be able to get some respect back from the fans. Cosh needs to be gone tomorrow if not tonight... Finch is doing his job, its Cosh that is the problem on this team. Fire Cosh and then look for a replacement... one of the assistant DC's can coach just as good as Cosh until we can find a replacement.

Holtz is a tool. Imagine how much better (!!) Lamar would be if he weren't wasted at WR all those years. Or, how much better our secondary could be if TRex developed as a CB. Instead, we made incredibly shortsighted moves to fill in gaps at WR where we're now stacked, and missing starting caliber players at the positions they were taken from. Yay! This loss was horrible. Leading most of the game and to lose it at the end by one point is just terrible. I get the feeling he was talking about coaching.
