Neutering is not the same as blowing it up.

You're exagerating.

:roflmao:

Are you suggesting a mascot change to the South Florida Steers?

No, but I would suggest a change in philosophy and expectations.

Good luck with that...USF has a woman president, an inept AD and a Board of Trustees that are completely disconnected. In other words, it's much like the situation America is in right now...No competent leadership.

That sounds like the opinion of someone with a very personal hurting inside.

After 30 plus years of management experience I call it reality.

The biggest problem in college athletics is you have "Academentians" making sports management hiring decisions with the wrong parameters and are incapable of recognizing incompetence. And we all know how the same Academentians will cover up and tolerate incompetence.

The second biggest problem in college athetics is when Academentians get lucky and hire the right guy they interfere rather than let him do his job.

The third biggest problem in college athletics is when Academentians tolerate incompetence.

for those who think that we can't lose this game.....I mean really?? This is a team that lost to BALL STATE this season, another MAC team which is pretty much what Temple is.

USF likely loses this game.
